Coffee Catering Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we'll do our best to work with you whenever possible.

  • 15 or more days before your event: A full refund of all payments made will be issued, excluding any custom, non-refundable items that have already been ordered.

  • 8–14 days before your event: 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Any custom, non-refundable items already ordered will remain the client's responsibility.

  • 7 days or less before your event: No refund will be issued. At this stage, we've committed staff, ordered products, reserved your event date, and finalized logistics. However, the amount paid (excluding custom, non-refundable items) may be applied as a credit toward a future event at our discretion.

Custom Branding & Specialty Items

Any custom branding, printed materials, specialty products, or other non-returnable items purchased specifically for your event are non-refundable once production or ordering has begun.

Rescheduling Policy

We're happy to accommodate rescheduling whenever our schedule allows.

Because we coordinate staffing, coffee orders, pastries, custom branding, and other event materials in advance, we require the following notice:

Single-Day Events

  • Requests received 72 hours or more before the scheduled service time may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

  • Requests made less than 72 hours before service cannot be accommodated, and the original event will be considered fulfilled and billed in full.

Multi-Day Events

  • Requests received 7 or more days before the first scheduled service date may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

  • Requests made less than 7 days before the event cannot be accommodated, and the original event will be billed in full.
