Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Glass House Coffee Cart. By booking our coffee catering services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Event Services
Glass House Coffee Cart will provide the coffee catering services outlined in your accepted quote or invoice. Any changes to the event date, time, location, guest count, or service duration should be requested in writing at least seven (7) days before the event and may result in additional charges.
2. Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Events are confirmed only after the required deposit has been received.
3. Venue Requirements
The Client is responsible for ensuring adequate access to the event location.
To operate safely and efficiently, Glass House Coffee Cart requires:
One dedicated 120V electrical outlet for our exclusive use within 25 feet of our setup location.
A level setup area with sufficient space for our coffee cart.
Reasonable access for loading and unloading equipment.
If these requirements are not met, we may be unable to provide espresso-based beverages, and refunds will not be issued for circumstances outside our control.
4. Guest Count
Final guest count adjustments must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the event. Increases may result in updated pricing.
5. Outdoor Events
We are happy to serve outdoor events when weather conditions allow. In cases of heavy rain, high winds, or other unsafe conditions, service may be relocated, delayed, or modified to protect our staff and equipment.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. Any custom-ordered or branded items that have already been purchased are non-refundable.
7. Liability
Glass House Coffee Cart maintains general liability insurance for our operations. The Client is responsible for providing a safe event environment and is liable for any damage to our equipment caused by guests, vendors, or venue staff.
8. Limitation of Liability
If Glass House Coffee Cart is unable to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, power failure, or other force majeure events, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the affected services.
9. Photography
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Glass House Coffee Cart may photograph our setup and beverages at events for use on our website and social media. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid identifying guests without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
11. Acceptance
By paying a deposit, signing an agreement, or confirming a booking, the Client acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
